Hi

Welcome in HCM.

I understand your concern and as you said your ear is cleaned but still there is pain in ear. Don't worry, here I would like to tell you that pain in ear may be because of-

1- Eustachian tube dysfunction.

2- Enlarged adenoids in nasopharynx / growth in nasopharynx.

3- Infection and oedema in middle ear.

4- Referred pain in ear (here ear remains OK but patient feels pain because of same innervation of some other structures like last molar teeth, base of tongue pathology, involvement of temporomandibular joint).

So need not worry please follow advice of your doctor for diagnosis and treatment.

Thanks for consulting HCM.
