What Is Adhesive Arachnoiditis?

returned active veteran,laminectomy in 1977.now diasabilty pension dva have been diagnosed with adhesive arachdoinitis as i had depo medrol as a dianostic 2 days prior to my spinal operation.dva say this is part of my spondilitis. your opinion please.

It could be part of spondylosis,if disc indents on theca posteriorly on spinal cord covering leading to inflammation.Epidural injections or ozone injections offer relief.Consult a spine surgeon if he considers ozone injection,it will do good.
Meanwhile,take myoril tab twice a day, wear spinal brace in day time.Consult spine surgeon early
