What Is Alcohol Addiction?

I drink 2-3 pegs (1 peg = 60 ml) of whisky 1-2 times a week. I avoid drinking beer, but at times have 1-2 glasses of wines instead of whisky. Occasionally during parties (once a month) I have 3-4 pegs of drinks. My age is 42 years. Can my drinking habit be considered as moderate drinking or am I crossing the limits?
