What Is An Alternative For Lortab?

I have a pacemaker,Defib. Heart cond. Artitis in the back. Prostrate Cancer Kidney desease. Am taking meds for all. Had X-ray taken and they say I don't have any cancer showing but I have artirits in my back. . Now I am away from my home state in my back. I was on Lortab But they have run out. I am In Flordia and I live in Iowa. What can I take here at home?
