What Is An Alternative To Hearing Aids For Hearing Issues?

I have worn hearing aids before but gave them up because of comfort. I know my hearing is worse. I also have sinus and nose infections continually. I was tested for MRSA in my nose but the results were negative. I do have an abscess in my nose about every 2 years. I need a local ENT I think but haven't discussed with the new primary. I tried oil in my ears for tinnitus but had difficulty. The sounds in my ears seem to change occasionally but I don't know what that indicates. Lots of questions on what to do next and priorities

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi. You really need a careful assessment by an ENT specialist including endoscopy, Hearing tests ( audiometry), CT scan/ MRI of sinuses and ears. All these together can really lead to a proper management. No trouble by thinking on your own.
