sir, i have white haredened tissue on my penis ...it itches very rarely and rarely have a mild burning feeling and a slight bit of swell is there......i have a phimotic penis.....i suspect it to be bxo or balanitis ...................my age is 24 and have no sexual activity my question is that if it is bxo or balanitis...yhen is it possible to cure it......and if its not bxo then what is it??
