Hello and welcome to HCM,
The biopsy report suggests a bullous lesion in the oral cavity.
A bullous lesion is a fluid filled cavity in the oral mucosa.
It is an autoimmune condition wherein the antibodies are directed against the intercellular bridges of the epidermis.
This results in formation of bullae or blisters.
These blisters may rupture and form painful ulcers.
The condition is treated by immunosuppressives.

Thanks and take care
