Hello

Renal parenchymal disorder indicates renal pathology. It may lead to renal failure.
It may be due to many reasons like chronic hypertension, diabetes mellitus, glomerulonephritis etc.
You need further investigations to assess function of kidneys so that treatment can be planned.
Investigations include RBS,LFT,Renal function test(includes serum urea,creatinine,GFR,creatinine clearance,serum calcium,potassium phosphorus,chloride,bicarbonate),urine RE/ME.Further investigations can be done if needed.
Treatment depend upon findings.
At present you may need packed cell RBC transfusion.

Get well soon.
Take Care
