What Is Cause Of Back Pain,bloating And Tightness In Stomach,could It Be Due To An Ulcer?

I have had back pain on the lower right side of my back since Jan, 3rd. Seems to be sciatic but I also have a bloated stomach and on the right side of my stomach is a tight pulling knot feeling. I also seem to show signs of an ulcer, Not sure whats going on here??

Hello
The pain on the right lower side may be due to , these includes.
1 Right renal colic or calculus , diagnosis can be confirmed by ultrasound of right kidney with urine test . This type of pain usually starts from back and radiate to lower region .
2 If pain is in the buttocks and radiate toward lower side in the thigh and leg may be due to sciatic pain . Diagnosis can be confirmed by physical examination by a physician .
3 As you mentioned that there is bloating and tight pulling , so this type of pain may be due to any tumor in the large intestine ( as pain is from last 4 months ( approximately ) . Diagnosis can be confirmed by M R I of abdomen .
In my opinion deal as mentioned above and consult a primary care physician.
