Hi... The exact cause for slow and sluggish motility of the sperm is unknown. Nutritiion, drugs, harmones and alcohol has effects on the motility of the sperm.. These factors and other effects which can cause low sperm count and abnormal sperms can lead to slow and sluggish motility..
