What Is Causing Bad Abdominal Pains Along With Nausea?

i drink occassionally but recently went abroard and drank none stop on a lads holiday for 4 days. Since i have been back i cant stop drinking water and am having really bad abdominal pain associated with nausea. I am a clinical coder so come accross these symptoms regularly in my job and would just like some clarification

Hi.
Your symptoms are more suggestive of a stomach ulcers.
Take PPI, antacid gels, Domperidone and so on.
Soft bland diet, small frequent feeds, will help a lot.
If you do not get a relief , you can undergo ultrasonography and CT scan of the abdomen.
