What Is Causing Black Infection In My Pubic Area?

Hi I have a black infection in my pubic area that covers the little part of my inner thigh and scrotum , it does not itch but produces black residue each day after cleaning , they are black too and if i try to remove all of this black thing then my skin underneath looks very pink and hurts when touched
