My 18 month son was eating mac and cheese...well after I was cleaning him up and noticed his mouth was bleeding kind of bad...not gushing...but I looked inside and saw almost skin like tissue coming out of his gums amd that's where the bleeding was coming from...what could that be? Should I be concerned?
