Hello,

The side effects of Depo Provera is bleeding more days than usual, spotting between periods, or no periods. Menstrual irregularities are common but goes away as the body adjusts with the hormonal changes. Since you have history of endometriosis, the bleeding can be due to it. You are suggested to get clinically examined by a gynecologist. Get a USG (Uterus) and other investigations done.

Untreated endometriosis leads to many complications later in life. Get treated at the earliest. In the meantime, take food rich in iron, zinc, calcium & proteins. Avoid stress & take quality sleep. If obese, maintain healthy weight. Avoid addictions if any.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
