Hello,

Infective causes like bacterial vaginitis or yeast are possible. The elevated temperature is air to infection.

As of now, you can use clotrimazole lotion to cleanse your genitals. If symptoms persist better to consult a gynaecologist and get evaluated. A vaginal swab is required to make a diagnosis.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care
