What Is Causing Bump On Ankle?

I think I got a spider bike on my ankle but am not sure what it is. There are two little bumps next to one another and it feels like there is pus in it because it is swollen and it hurts when I apply the slightest bit of pressure. Should I go in for medication or just clean and ice it?

With the cause of this swelling and pan unknown, I will suggest that you get this ankle examined by a medical personnel for proper evaluation and management. Also, are you well vaccinated against tetanus? For now, Ice packs would help relief the pains which you figure out how to get this evaluated.
