What Is Causing Cold Sweats And Body Aches?

Hi. In the past 24 hours I have been unable to sleep, I ve been unable to shake off cold sweats, I feel really dizzy, my body temperature has dropped to 97.4 degrees, I have body aches in my back and neck, and my head feels like it s about to explode. Do you have any idea of what could be going on?

Cold sweats, dizziness, joint and muscle pains can occur with infections viral or bacterial though it is more likely to be viral.

In the absence of additional symptoms it would be difficult to say exactly which infection is present.

You may want to consider visiting your doctor for an assessment.
