Hello,

Laser eye surgery has a very successful rate. However, if you are having vision problems then you should report immediately to your surgeon. Get a follow up clinical examination done by the surgeon, get assessed so that you are treated before the symptoms worsen.

No worries side effects & complications can be resolved with medical treatment or additional enhancement surgery. Vision problem may arise due to flap complications, eye infections, under-correction, over-correction or regression or dry eyes. Your treatment will depend upon the severity of your infection & pathology detected.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Nupur K, General & Family Physician
