Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum. As you describe, it appears to be the infection of the internal ear, may be due to the long standing cold, and sinusitis. Other reasons may be the hypertension, or diabetes,or anemia. I advise you to consult a physician for diagnosis and treatment . You may need to have an M.R.I. for confirmation. I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms ranitidine, and cinnerzine, till the diagnosis is established. Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
