Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
Yesterday I had muscle aches, high fever and threw up last night. today my throat is sore and hurts when i breathe. i no longer have muscle aches and the fever is very minimal, but i feel dizzy a bit and slightly nauseated tonight. I am 5 10 , female and I weight approx 225 pounds. Could i be pregnant or was it just a stomach flu that still needs to run its course or something else? Also i was producing alot of foamy saliva every few seconds for about twenty minutes and then it went back to normal. i appreciate any helpful response . Thank you.
Thank you for asking! nausea and vomiting needs symptomatic management here.Odds of pregnancy needs to be correlated with sexual encounters and cycles before commenting on, also losing weight would help but dizziness right now is most likely due to the throat infection as they usually involve the ear labyrinth and result in dizziness, will self resolve, just symptomatic management.if the issue persists seek an otrhinolaryngologist for further management. take care
