What Is Causing Eye Pain Along With Scab On Lower Lid Of Nose?

my daughter had eye pain yesterday, and now has what looks like a scab on the lower lid by the nose. It does not itch. It is tender if the skin below is pulled. not really tender if given direct pressure. it is darker than her skin color, and less than 1/8th of an inch. Any thoughts?

It can be punctum or having dacrocystitis with dis charge. Give warm phomantation anti biotic drop and ointment is required. Analgesic tablet can be taken. If does not subside then consult eye doctor.
