What Is Causing Feeling Of Attack After Knee Surgery?

i had outpatient surgery yesterday on my knee. I have Sphicter of Oddi Dysfunction and have had previously been hospitalized for acute pancreantitis. I know a tube was put down my throat for surgery, was this tube close to the Sphicter because I am having some attack feelings?
