What Is Causing Locked Up Feeling In My Chest And Throat?

hi, over a year ago now, i was stupidly smoking cannabis frequntly for several months, but this one time that i did it, i felt very nausous and could not eat for a few days. every since then i have had a locked up feeling in my chest and throat and nausia.
