What Is Causing Lower Abdominal Pain Which Worsens While Laughing?

Hi, I have had lower abdominal pain for approximately a week. It has worsened and hurts when I laugh or cough. It is exactly between my right side and belly button, really deep. It is at times bareable but I picked something up heavy and it was unbareable. No fever.

It seems to be a paraumbilical or spigelian hernia depending on the exact site of hernia and you need immediate consultation with your surgeon for definitive treatment...till then avoid lifting heavy weight and don't strain, take some painkiller ....tc care
