What Is Causing Lower Back Pains And Loose Stools During Pregnancy?

I'm 29 weeks pregnant and was checked by RN's at hospital due to cramping and pelvic pressure. They said I was 75% effaced but not yet dialated. That was a month ago. Now for the last couple days my low back has been hurting and I have had very loose stool. ANy advise? No bleeding but some muscusy discharge.
