What Is Causing Me To Have Shortness Of Breath After I Bent My Stomach Suddenly ?
So yesterday, I got a little freaked out by a bug and bent my knees and squished my stomach very rapidly. Since then, I feel like I ve been having shortness of breath , and I m afraid I may be bleeding inside or something. I tried to sleep it off to see if it would get better, but it has not yet. Help? Also, nothing is severely hurting, no nausea or sleepiness either. It s just my breathing
Hi Gabby,
Breathing is something which we are usually not conscious of. But, after an incident like the one you have mentioned, one tends to focus on breathing to see if there is any problem. So, just get on with your life and be busy. The problem will be gone before you notice it. All the best.
Hi Gabby
It does not seem that there is an organic cause for your breathing problem.
You just need to relaxe a bit and try some breathing exercises.
If possible , give a try to yoga and meditation and deep breathing.
In very rare cases, we have to give a course of mind calming medications or psychotherapy like CBT.
Good Luck
