What Is Causing Mild Burning Pain While Urinating After Tubal Ligation?

I had a c/section and tubal ligation 5 weeks ago. Right after I had an allergic reaction to the tape that was used and once the blisters healed my incision looked good except for a few areas of drainage/pus.... My dr said we would wait to see if the infection would go away in its own. Even though the scar still hurt, everything seemed to close up but I developed horrible flank pain inion the left side if my back and then the right along with mild burning and picking when I urinate... I called my dr who told me to go to the lab for an urinalysis which came back today that I have bacteria of some sort in my urine. Now we are waiting on the culture to come back, hopefully tomorrow, so that he will know the proper form of antibiotics/treatment. I was just wondering what could be causing this.... I did notice today that although my incision has seemed to close, it is slightly warm, reddish and swollen.. :-( help
