What Is Causing Missed Periods After Removal Of Marina?

hi i have not had a period since i got my marina out in late april, my partner n i had sex on the 30th of last mth and then the day after i had some spotting for a bit then nothing. a day after tat for three days was bleeding but not enough for a pad, stopped on the 5th of aug on the 6th we had sex again and i really tired n at late nights i am waking up feeling sick wat could this b.....

Hello,

It could be tiredness because of sex and menstruation both. In menstruation loss of blood also gives weakness. I suggest you investigate with full CBC, liver and kidney profile, serum TSH estimation for primary work up. According to reports further management plan decided.
