What Is Causing My Abdominal And Testicular Pain?

hi, i have had pain in my left side abdomen for about 3 months, my doctor has sent me for ultra sound blood tests, and endoscopy, nothing found, in the last 2 weeks my left testicle has become painful and is very tender to touch. Are the 2 related and any idea of cause. Thanks Mike.

Hi,
It seems that you might be having chronic orchitis giving this problem.
there might be having infection in your spermatic cord as well.
Consult sexologist and get examined.
