What Is Causing My Esophageal Constriction And Recurring Hiccups?

A few days ago I was spraying my houe with bug spray then spray paint then bleach ammonia and alcohol. For the last three days i have this thing like my esophagus is closing shut it is difficult to swallow and i have hiccups that stop for maybe ten minutes then start again. At first it was like acid reflux and everything i tried to swallow burned then i took antacids for a day and the burnng keep nda stoped but stilk difficult tto swallow and the hiccups are driving me insane YYYY@YYYY
