What Is Causing My Extra Systoles?

dear doctor
i had very trouble some extrasystoles.while my echo is normal.
it increases when i eat.no chest pain at all.
i do my normal work,i sleep well at night.
but it is there althroiugh.
i am very anxious.myTFT,KIDNEy functions are normal
please advise.
i am hypertensive on ca blocker and ARB

Few extrasystoles may be a normal phenomena and may be related to your anxiety state. However, changing over to a Calcium Channel blocker- Beta blocker combination should be a good strategy to take care of your hypetension and extrasystoles.
But, before that if you have been taking too much of alcohol, caffeine or tobacco in any form, that needs to be stopped or at least curtailed.
