What Is Causing My Palpitations With Pain And Numbness In My Leg?

I have a pain in my left lef that shoots through all of it. Sometimes I can feel a pulsing sensation under my skin, other times numbness here and there, and dull pain. If I have my leg in a specific position sometimes it ll cause I spell of vertigo till I move it. With it comes heart palpitations and weakness as we ll and I d like to know what this could be.
