What Is Causing My Vaginal Itchiness And Flakiness?

Hi there! I'm 23yrs old. Its been like 4 months that my outer vagina is very itchy. Its flaky, dry and once scratched it becomes red and in couple of days times becomes flaky again. There is no discard at all and my skin has become very thin. I have tried few anti fungal cream but no relief at all. Any advice or medication please?
