What Is Causing Nausea?

Hi, I'm 24 years old and I've got some problems with nausea, which I pretty much experience 24/7. It's tearing me apart! It's been like this for about half a year, but it did'nt really bother me until 1 month ago when it escalated. I never puke, but I feel like I'm just about to do so. The feeling is concentrated to the upper throat. It feels like mucus and like a pressure. Apart from that, I've got no problems with my stomach for example no diarreha or constipation. Sometimes I get a bit dizzy and shaky when the nausea comes suddenly.

I just finished a long education and started working in the military. I guess stress could be the answer as I'm meeting a lot of new persons every day, and new places etc.
So, is this something unusual? I've never heard of someone else with "chronic" nausea without vomiting. Also, I've heard about these adaptogenic herbs called russian roots or Rose Root. Is that anything for me?

Hoping for an answer! I'm going crazy over here!
