What Is Causing Numbness And Stiffness In One Side Of My Face?

It started off with my mouth...i wasnt able to taste anything as if my mouth felt numb/swollen but wasnt. Then it moved onto my lips...they now feel numb/swollen, it feels weird when i eat/drink and now the right side of my face feels really stiff/numb and have restricted movements on that side of my face. My eye lid is drooping down over my eye alot more than usual and my eye isnt shutting properly its as if when i blink with both eyes that eye does not blink. my cheek feels numb when i talk. My eye on this side of my face keeps watering and my nostril on this side also keeps running as if i cant control it. I cant fully move my face this side as i can the other. My smile is higher on the other side while this side doesnt move. My arm, on this side also feels tight. Much tighter when i clench my fist. Nothing like this has happened before...whats wrong with me?
