What Is Causing Pain In My Testis Up To Abdomen?

Yes, within the last hour or so, I have developed a mild pain that radiates from my R testis into the R abdomen. I can't say that there is any swelling in the scrotum, however there does appear to be a small lump above the R testis. If I had to describe the pain, it feels like the pain after you have been kicked in the nuts.

Thanks for your query.
Good description.
The pain looks more due to the right ureteric colic.
Get an ultrasonography of the abdomen and the scrotal area done to get a proper diagnosis.
The treatment will depend upon the findings.
Till then take plenty of water orally and an antispasmoidic tablet.
