What Is Causing Painful Bumps Under My Armpits?

i am a 22 year old woman and keep getting sores under my armpits. usually its just a hard painful bump that comes to a head that i squeeze to relieve the pain, and sometimes i get red open sores under my arm. both types of bumps have a foul smell and im wondering what it could be

Hello dear,
welcome to HCM.
i have read your query and understood your concern.

It seems you are suffering from folliculitis. In such patients, i prefer to give antibiotics like macrolides/cephalosporins. Also apply mupirocin 2 % twice daily over the lesions.
