What Is Causing Painful Lumps Across My Buttocks?

I HAVE PAINFUL KNOTS ALL WAY ACROSS MY SACROLLIAC/HIP AREA.SEROMAS FORMED AFTER FORMINATOMY 18 MONTHS AGO ON L4-L5. THE LUMPS ARE ALL OVER MY SACROLLIAC AREA. WHEN I BUMP THEM OR LEAN BACK IN A CHAIR THEY HURT. THEY ARE SWOLLEN UP.WENT TO DR. YESTERDAY AND HE DONT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE. DO I NEED A MRI,CT,OR BLOOD WORK?WILL MRI SHOW TUMORS,CALSIFIED SEROMAS AND WHAT THE LUMPS ARE?

Hi, dear
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern. You have multiple lumps. They can be lipoma or neurofibroma or some other soft tissue tumor. You should go for fine needle aspiration cytology or biopsy of that lump.
It will give you exact diagnosis.
Then you should take treatment accordingly.
