What Is Causing Pus Formation With Blood After Insect Bite?

I have an insect bite (I think) behind my ear and for the first day or so it was a little lump that felt like a bruse. Then it poped and a mixture of blood and puss came out. Now every morning I wake up to my hair stuck to it due to what ever fluid is still there.

Hi,
It seems that due to insect bite now some infection is there giving rise to bump, swelling and pus formation.
Clean the site with antiseptic lotion and apply antibiotic cream.
Take some antihistaimn like Cetrizine or Benadryl medicine.
if infection is more you may require one course of antibiotic medicine course.
