What Is Causing Severe Headache On Right Side Of Face?

Hi i just wanna ask cos i am having a very worst headache all night i tried sleeping it off but it didnt it just worsen it. I was sick last night cold and fever been taking paraceramol and pain killer to relieve pain bit dont work. The pain is more on the right side of my face from the top of my right eye.

welcome to hcm ...pian plus cold plus fever is due to cold .please take levocetrizine phenylephrine combination for cold congestion and you may take tab diclofenic 100 mg two times for pain and tab paracetamol 500 mg 8 hrly for fever ..in addition take steam inhalation
