Your symptoms seem to be related to a sinus infection.
Blood pressure fluctuation or chronic anemia can also cause such troubles.
For this reason, I recommend consulting with your GP for a physical check up and some tests:
- a sinus X Ray study
- complete blood count for anemia
- PCR, ESR for inflammation.
It is also important checking your blood pressure time after time.
