What Is Causing Severe Headaches, Muscle Weakness, Tiredness, Poor Concentration And Numbness?

Hello. For the last 2+ months, ive been experiencing the worst headaches, nausea, loss of balance, muscle weakness, tiredness, poor concentration and numbness. I am a 16 year old female. I recently saw my doctor and they brushed it off as allergies but i know that it is not because i know how my body reacts to them.

Thank you for choosing HCM

From the question, it seems that you have a migraine. In some cases, the migraine can cause muscle weakness, loss of balance, tiredness and poor concentration. It is possible that the migraine is causing these issues.

A migraine occurs due to a trigger factor such as a cold or a fever. If you are having one of these, you need to avoid the trigger factors. Here are a few more things that you can do to help you:
Sleep well and get at least 8 hours of sleep a day
Eat meals at regular times
Inhale steam mixed with Eucalyptus oil to clear the nasal passages
Take a Paracetamol 500 when you feel you are about to get a headache
Drink lots of water

Follow up after 5 days. All the best.
Hope this helps you
