Im having a sharp pain on my left side of the ribs, when i breathe in thats when it hurts, however if im lying down on my right side it hurts when i breathe out, im having trouble trying to get to sleep with this, also im having trouble breathing properly since the pain is heavy sometimes, what is this? Why is it happening? And if i can, how can i stop it?
There can be either rib or pleural problem..have u been hurted by any hard thing on your chest? There can be rin fracture...or have you any fever or coughing symptoms? If so, there can be pleural effusion or dry pleurisy..(pleura is your layer surrounding lungs..) just do a chest xray..u ll get the cause..& then ur condition vil be treated accordingly
