What Is Causing Small Lumps In My Vagina?

hi there i am 37 yrs old and happly married but i have had tiny lumps on my vagina walls only for about 4months now i have had them checked by my gp and she said it was hair fonickles they dont hurt but wot would i have to do to clear this problem many thanks rachel.
