What Is Causing Sore Throat?

I have a sore throat after I sneezed. It does not hurt in the back of my throat but rather down in my throat. Almost like if I were a male and I had soreness coming from my adams apple area. It has been here for a few days. I have no other flu like or cold symptoms. No fever.

Hello,
Sore throat could be because of violent sneeze.
But now you should take care to prevent reflux ie acid brash or reflux of foods contents from stomach to food pipe like belching or heart burn.
The mucosa or the inner skin on the throat will heal on its own .
avoid excessive talking and shouting .
Avoid oily and spicy foods.
In doubt do reply
