What Is Causing Stomach Discomfort, Lightheadedness And Sweating While Standing?
I have been having stomach discomfort for a couple of days. Sometimes light headed and sweating when I stand and sometimes nauseous. I haven t had an appetite and have hardly eaten since Wednesday. I thought it was just a stomach flu but I have never had it last for this long

HI. You have rightly thought of stomach flu. But this an also be a mild form of regular intestinal infection and I would advise to take antibiotics and supportive medicines like probiotics.
Better not to wait.
You can also take Domperidone thrice daily to help abate nausea. Take plenty of oral fluids and take at least one packet of electral in a liter of boiled and cooled water.
