General & Family Physician 's  Response
HI,
The ankle, feet & facial swelling are commonly aeen in -
- severe anemia with hypo proteinaemia,
- heart problems,
- Kidney problems.
The fact that the swelling on face is worse in morning & denotes more possibility of kidney problem.
Never the less, edema feet& puffiness of face are to be taken seriously. You should consult a physician for total investigations/assessment of physical findings to diagnose the exact cause of swelling,& the advise you for specific treatment/consultation of specialist-as per need.
Thanks.
