What Is Causing The Lumps On My Cervix?

I can feel 2 hard lumps on the outside of my cervix and two mushy lumps on what i think is the mouth of the cervix. When I was younger my cervix was smooth. I noticed 1 lump about 6 months ago and the doc said it was normal; but now my cervix has changed again. What could it be?
