What Is Causing The Pain In My Chest And Breathing Problem?

Hello Doctor. Im 25. I have been feeling weak and i feel i have no energy to do anything. I had chest pain and i felt i could not fill myself up enough with oxygen. My throat feels blocked the whole time. I did gastroscopy and they diagnosed me with Gerd( acid reflux) cos my stomach doesnt close properly. Im since 2 years on nexium and lansoprazol. Still feeling pain in the chest and i have a bit of breathing problems. I went to specialist, xray and all breathing tests came back normal. I know these symptoms feel like i have anxiety problems or i might sound depressed but i feel past 4-5 months my body changed and something doesnt feel right. My doctor did all blood tests and are all normal except my kolesterol is a bit high . I dont know what to do else. Can you give me an idea of what it might be please? Thank you

Thanks for your question on HCM.
I can understand your situation and problem.
Since your all reports are normal, I think your chest pain is mostly related to GERD only.
GERD is chronic disease. You need lifestyle modifications along with drugs for complete control of symptoms.
So try to follow these steps along with proton pump inhibitor.
1. Avoid hot and spicy food.
2. Avoid large meals, instead take frequent small meals.
3. Avoid stress and anxiety.
4. Go for walk after meals.
5. Keep 2 - 3 pillows under head in the bed.
6. Quit habits like smoking and alcohol if you have.
