What Is Causing Tingling And Jerking In The Hands?

I have tingling in the hands when I need to pass water, also jerking movements when lying down, Isffer from heart failure (being treated) and have a three lead pacemaker implanted, I also have pain in my groin supposedly caused by arthritis. Are these all related or is the tingling which is recent all do to the same thing? I am a 72 year old female.
